About the event
Kevin Homer was a tull time Imlay City Police Officer for nearly 18 years before his passing in July of 2016. Kevin's family started this Scholarship Foundation in his honor, awarding ICHS graduates and post graduates looking to pursue a career in law enforcement with $1,000 scholarships.
To date, our foundation has awarded $35,000 in scholarships with incredible community support.
